Alexis Snabb

Lending Assistant

Alexis will be your first contact once you apply for financing! Think of her as your mortgage and real estate concierge. She will set up your file and reach out to you for any documents/missing information needed to begin the process as well as gets your file ready for our 10k Underwriting Guarantee*, if you choose or fit the parameters. After closing, she will remain in contact to remind you of important information including your 1st payment and special marketing programs. She assists with providing you valuable monthly stats about your current home value and equity position based on neighborhood sales.

When to call Alexis: If you have questions on your loan application or uploading documents, or after closing if you have any questions about your first payment or the marketing programs.

Sarah Zahler

Loan Partner II/Loan Officer

Sarah is a licensed Loan Officer and Kristi Piatz’s assistant. She assists with reviewing documentation upfront and the pre-approval process. Sarah can help you run numbers on homes you are interested in making an offer or seeing if a refinance makes sense. Once you get an accepted offer Sarah will help send out your initial documents and confirm your loan terms.

When to call Sarah: Anytime you have a question regarding your pre-approval, if you want to know if refinancing is a good option or have questions about your loan in process.

Kylie Snabb

Processing

Kylie is your person once you have an accepted offer or decide to move forward with your refinance. She works directly with underwriting and is dedicated to making sure the final approval process is as streamlined and uncomplicated as possible. Her goal is to provide 5 star service. Kylie will keep you updated every step of the way so you are always informed about your loans status. Once f inished with underwriting Kylie confirms all the final numbers so you are ready for your closing!

When to call Kylie: Once you have an accepted offer or have started the refinance process. Questions about your appraisal, additional document requests and final closing details.
