Digital Marketing Strategist

Helping others feel confident and comfortable is ingrained in the work we do every day at Summit Mortgage. It is important to us that we meet everyone where they’re at and support them all the way through their homebuying goals, making each step a little bit easier.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to bolster our growing marketing needs. This role will leverage Summit’s target audiences to provide ongoing strategy, implementation, management, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns to support our company goals.

If you have a passion for helping people discover the benefits of SEO, social media, content, and paid digital efforts, you just might be the next addition to our team.

Our ideal candidate is happy to:

  • Carry the same supportive nature of Summit Mortgage into their work
  • Take time to teach the importance of various digital marketing efforts to our loan officers
  • Conduct competitive digital marketing research
  • Stay on the cutting-edge of the latest and greatest in digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to support Summit’s growing digital presence
  • Manage Summit’s social media channels, including building content calendars
  • Interpret, and analyze data to provide easy-to-understand results and recommendations for loan officers’ campaigns
  • Supply recommendations for our email marketing strategy with their understanding of industry best practices
  • Provide ongoing reports and dashboards for the company and individual loan officers to reflect KPIs and goals
  • Manage and maintain Summit’s CMS to optimize content, onboard new loan officers, and make other necessary changes
  • Oversee and manage Summit’s Social Survey review program
  • Align with Summit’s brand voice and standards

Our next Digital Marketing Strategist has:

  • Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Experience in providing digital marketing strategy recommendations
  • Adobe Suite experience
  • The ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage their own tasks and schedule

We’re seeking a Loan Origination Solutions Manager!

Integrity, honesty, and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

We are currently looking to hire a Loan Origination Solution Manager responsible for providing sales staff with fast and accurate guidance in a variety of underwriting areas including pre-qualification/pre-approval support with strong knowledge of income calculations for both salary and self-employed borrowers. Loan structuring support with the ability understand and provide solutions for complex loans and provide support to staff in structuring those loans to meet Conventional, USDA, VA, FHA and other investor guidelines or help identify loan products to meet our borrower’s needs.

Are you comfortable with the following?

  • Carrying out conversations with origination staff in a cooperative, easy-going and agreeable manner.
  • Taking a positive approach to educate loan officers on guidelines and loan decisioning.
  • Engage in creative, cooperative problem solving.
  • Using written and oral communication to come across as well thought out, thorough, to the point and incorporates references to support solutions.
  • Exchanging points of view, ideas, discussing organizational methods and solutions in a sincerely and factual manner.

Are you:

  • A focused, uncritical listener who enjoys working with others to identify and solve problems
  • Receptive to difficult material when presented in a conceptual form and able to ask probing questions.
  • A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, goal oriented environment
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A sound analytical and decision-making individual.
  • Able to work independently, methodically and even-paced.
  • Able to be creative problem-solving with exemplary customer service skills including a commitment to quality.
  • Someone who excels in using DU/LP and Microsoft Office applications.

We do feel that a Minimum 5 years underwriting residential mortgage experience is a necessity.
