1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: Summit Mortgage Corporation, 9600 54^th Ave. N. #100, MN 55442.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00pm Central Time (“CST”) on November 10, 2024 and ends at 5:00pm CST on November 30, 2024 at midnight (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY: You have not yet won.  To enter the Sweepstakes you must be (i) at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, and (ii) an attendee at the MN Bridal and Wedding Expo. Eligibility will be determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in its/their sole discretion.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, fill out an entry form available at Sponsor’s booth at the MN Bridal and Wedding Expo or fill out an entry at: https://www.summit-mortgage.com/kelley-wentworth-wedding-fair-giveaway-official-rules/.  Upon completion and submission of the entry form, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  Limit one entry per person. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
All completed entry forms must be submitted in accordance with the directions provided during the Sweepstakes Period. Collection and use of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy as posted on https://www.summit-mortgage.com/legal.  Entries that are illegible or incomplete will not be accepted and may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

5. DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select the potential Prize Winner on or about December 10, 2024.  Potential Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within a week of the drawing. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of Administrator’s first attempt, such Potential Winner and entry will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received.
VERIFICATION OF WINNER: The Potential Winners may be required to prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, within three (3) days of being notified as a Potential Winner. In the event of non-compliance by a Potential Winner, such Potential Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as a Winner shall be terminated. An alternative Potential Winner may be chosen through a random drawing from among all of the remaining Eligible Entries received in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of: Limousine tour of homes accompanied by a Summit Mortgage loan officer and local real estate agent for an afternoon (maximum 4 hours).  Location is in your desired Twin Cities metro area.  Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $650.  A Summit loan officer will contact you to arrange the date of the limousine tour as well as to determine your estimated pre-qualification price range.  The tour date is subject to availability and the limo tour must occur by April 30, 2025.

7. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS/RESTRICTIONS: Arrangements for fulfillment of the Grand Prize will be made by Winner and Sponsor.  Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Winner or Potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Grand Prize or General Prize. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for any Prize is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute a Grand Prize or General Prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value if a prize component cannot be awarded as described for any reason. In the event that a Potential Winner chooses not to accept his/her prize, or cannot be notified, an alternate Potential Winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining Eligible Entries if time permits, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
