I worked and recruited with Wade at a few companies. We developed a system in our recruiting that selected the best producers, many of which are still with him today. Wade paid attention to detail, and supported the loan officers, and well as managers, in giving them the support they needed to get their loans closed. I think as this industry goes up and down you need someone to advocate for you and speak in your behalf. I saw Wade do that for many of his loan officers.
