Hi, I’m Tim.

With 27 years in the mortgage industry, I bring a deep level of experience and insight to every client I serve. My background includes more than 10 years in senior management and over a decade as a top producer, along with extensive experience selling mortgages to the secondary market and overseeing processing and underwriting. My goal is simple: to qualify every borrower for the best mortgage that truly fits their unique situation. Many of my clients come to me after being turned down elsewhere, and I use my experience to ensure every file is handled accurately, thoroughly, and with the highest level of care. Outside of work, family is incredibly important to me. I am married and have four daughters—Ally, Jackie, Sam, and Drew—along with a stepdaughter, Raven, and a stepson, Eric. Much of my family is based in Fargo, with siblings also in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Minneapolis. At home, I stay busy with our two dogs, King and Power.
