Hello.

Meet Greg Seymour, Loan Officer

I started in the mortgage field as a bookkeeper and processor in 1985.  I passed my Real Estate exam in 1986 and worked in retail for 10 years.  I wanted to see how things worked in wholesale, so I started working in wholesale in 1996 and worked on that side of the business until the crash.  As the mortgage industry became slow, I worked part time teaching income tax classes and preparing tax returns for H&R Block for a few years until I decided to open my own side business.  I realized that I love to teach people all that I have learned and continue to do so.

In 2011 when the DRE license was no longer valid for those of us who are retail loan officers, I passed that exam and have had my retail NMLS license ever since.

I am bilingual in Spanish and always try to be at the loan closings to make sure all documents are correct, fully signed, and fully explained.
