Hi, I’m Candice.

My name is Candice Steele, I am a member of the Summit Mortgage Corporation, serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer. I am a community-minded individual whose driving motivation is to help people be safe, happy, and housed. What better way than to follow my inspirations and help the community than working in the housing market industry? My roots are in Alabama and Jacksonville Florida. I’m intimately familiar with the pride and joy that comes with purchasing a home, particularly when someone purchases their first home. I’ve dedicated myself to helping people obtain “The American Dream”.  I know that it is not as simple as just buying a home, understanding that home ownership is the beginning of building familial wealth. Knowing that it is not just a building or property, but rather, it is where people cement their legacies for themselves and their children. Because I know this, it makes me work hard for you and your family and assist you in achieving your goals and dreams of home ownership. I endeavor to do this in a manner that is easy to understand and makes the process go as smoothly as possible. I currently live in the west side section of  Jacksonville, FL with my son, Kyng, and my mother, Dr. Bernice Ifediba.
